all packages are shipped from our studio in Portugal.
you will be given delivery expected dates at the check out of your purchase. please, keep in mind that these are expected dates and may suffer some alterations due to various reasons (e.g., local holidays).
how to return product
all products must be returned in their original packaging, without damage, unworn and unwashed. we reserve the right to refure your parcel and cancel reimbursement should one of the condition of our return policy not to be fulfilled.
we kindly ask you to keep in mind that, in order for us to accept your return and proceed to reimburse you, we will need your name, address, the order number, the associated receipt and the product in question.
in case your return is due to any quality failure, remember to provide us with a detailed description of the problem. nevertheless, be mindful that all of our clothes are produced with natural fibers and therefore the fabrics (e.g. thick cord, thin cord, linen and cotton) have different thicknesses and can absorb dye colors differently, so it is impossible to match regular uniformity. as such, difference in color tone is not a reason for returns.
please, be aware that the freight associated with orders scheduled for delivery outside Portugal will not be refunded.

the product return process may take up to 14 days. we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery. as soon as we receive the product to be returned, we will analyze it and refund it within a maximum period of 48 hours.
